Mark Osborne, PE

Mark resides in Bristol, Virginia with his wife Julie and three kids Nathaniel, Neil and Kaelan.

Mark obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Blue field State College in 2001.

Mark was a TLG employee in the early 2000s before accepting the position as Technical Manager/Distribution Manager for a local water service provider. Mark returns with nearly 20 years of experience and currently serves as a design engineer in our Abingdon office.
